Let’s face it…
We all have urges and even though I’ve been meditating for 3 years I still struggle with an addiction to my phone.
The phone rings and I’m instantly programed to see who it is.
Without even thinking I mindlessly drop everything I’m doing, check my phone and respond whomever is on the other line.
It’s like I value other people’s time way more than I value my time…
How silly is that??
Today though, I want to share a small breakthrough I had the other day when I actually noticed what it felt like to have an urge to check my phone!
